I.A.D.C. Inc provides disaster relief to areas we serve that suffer critical damage to housing, agriculture and infrastructure from natural disasters such as flooding and other events.

Working with local partners, we help provide assistance for food, shelter and clothing.

We can only do this with Your Help.

Pakistan:
These videos portray the depth of the tragedy underway in northern Pakistan. In Northern Pakistan, in Chitral province, abnormally severe rainfall has swollen rivers, destroyed bridges (the lifeline of the rural villagers) and destroyed homes and crops. At the same time, a historic heatwave is underway and has killed over a thousand men and women of all ages – babies to elderly – in more southern parts of the country.

Your help is urgently needed to help provide essential supplies, food and water and to help pay to replace bridges. The government can only do a certain amount of this rebuilding as it prioritizes its infrastructure repairs. The Pakistani military is rebuilding major roads and repairing vital infrastructure (electricity and power plants in larger cities) and the most remote rural areas and its inhabitants are left to suffer in silence.

Tajikistan:
A similar humanitarian tragedy is also underway in Tajikistan, where mudflow, triggered by glacial melt amid abnormally hot weather in Tajikistan, has created flooding where giant debris dams have formed, blocking rivers. Power plant been switched off and areas have been left without power for days.
The situation remains uncertain and serious.
Dozens of houses have been partially or completely destroyed, cemeteries and sown areas flooded, kilometers of the road, as well as power lines remain under the water.
Around 500 inhabitants have been uprooted and are currently in a tent camp where 5 to 10 people are living in each tent.

Your help is needed more than ever.

Please read this urgent plea from our brother in Pakistan, Kirgizbek Kanunov, at the Pamir Heritage Foundation, Inc and help if you can.
